Eligibility criteria:

 

Age:   21-24 years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream with a good academic record.

Candidates should be willing to serve anywhere in Odisha.

Job role: Selected candidates are posted at different branches as Front Desk Officer or Teller.

Salary: Rs.15000/- per month (approx.)

Selection Procedure:

The selection procedure consists of "Online test" and subsequent interview. Selected candidates will be posted at different branches across the geography of Odisha.

Position: Associate/Senior Associate-GDC
Reporting to Team Lead
Location: Cochin, Bangalore
Context: KPMG Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a robust global delivery platform
comprising of a talent pool of 700+ professionals in Bangalore & Kochi.

GDC provides standard as well as non-standard Audit & Advisory
professional services to KPMG US & KPMG Canada using a globally
consistent approach that comply with both regulatory and engagement team
standards.

Job Description
The responsibilities of the role:

1. Familiarize with all the applications on KPMG network (Orion, Idea,Wisdom, MS office)
2. Process the work request per the Case Study/KPMG standard/Client Instructions
3. Submit the completed work to QA for review
4. Record the time taken to complete the process in time tracking tool.i.e. Wisdom
5. Ensure work is completed on time as per target, accurately and error free
6. Inform QA or TL if PBC document/instructions are missing or raiseflag if the required work will exceed time limit
7. To capture the working time properly into Wisdom or tracking sheet as required
8. To attend all process and soft skill training.
9. Continuous adoption of process improvement.
10. Take-up other activities assigned from time to time by the TL to evaluate process capabilities.

Candidate key skills and experience

• Fresher/0-3 years of accounting and auditing experience
• Commerce Graduate (B.Com/BBA/MBA)
• Good Accounting Knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Good Excel Skills)
• Good keyboard and typing skills
• Good Communication skill
• Attention to detail.
• Quality and time conscious.
• Work in a team environment.
• To work in a process driven environment
• Should be willing to stretch in terms of working hours based on the business needs.

Eligibility:

1. 2014 Batch of B.Sc.- IT/Computer Science/ Information System Management/ Computer Technology/ BCA Degree students only.
2. Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% (considering all subjects) in X, XII, UG.
3. No standing arrears allowed at the time of recruitment process.
4. At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent GPA (in all subjects & semesters/years) in X, XII and the pursuing degree with no standing arrears.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
6. Open only to Indian nationals.
7. Flexibility to be posted in any Cognizant location.
